STAGES OF COOPERATION
1. Consultation and Needs Analysis
After your inquiry, our specialists conduct a detailed assessment of your requirements and site conditions (warehouse type, area, logistics scenarios, etc.).
2. Technical Specification (TS) Development
Based on the collected data, we prepare a technical specification outlining the system composition, required functions, number of equipment units, and usage scenarios.
3. Approval and Cost Calculation
Once the technical specification is approved, we prepare a commercial offer including production and delivery timelines.
4. Manufacturing and Preparation
SBRobotics carries out production at its own facilities in Ukraine. At the same time, components are prepared for on-site installation and system configuration.
5. Delivery and Implementation
Delivery is carried out according to the agreed schedule. Our engineers handle installation, system setup, and on-site staff training.
6. Warranty and Ongoing Support
We provide full post-implementation support, including warranty and post-warranty service, technical support, software updates, and more.
