What is the cost of warehouse robots?
The price depends on the number of robots, warehouse area, system configuration, and level of automation.

How do AGV robots charge, and how long does it take?
Robin and SBR-500-SM models take approximately 3 hours to fully charge.
Depending on your operational setup, the system can be equipped with:
● Manual charging, where an operator plugs the cable directly into the robot
● Automatic charging stations, where the robot docks autonomously
This allows the charging process to be tailored to your warehouse — whether for continuous operation or during scheduled downtimes.
How long can warehouse robots operate without recharging?
Robin and SBR-500-SM can operate 5 to 8 hours on a single charge.
Train Sorter systems operate continuously 24/7 thanks to a trolley-based power supply system.
How are sorting robots charged, and how long does it take?
Train Sorter robots do not require separate charging — they are powered directly during movement through the system.
Is there warranty and post-warranty service?
Yes, we provide a 12-month official warranty.
We also offer post-warranty service — either under a service agreement or upon request.
Where are the robots manufactured?
All SBRobotics equipment is designed and manufactured in Ukraine.
Is it safe to use robots in warehouse automation?
Yes. Our robots are equipped with safety systems including:

What is the load capacity of the warehouse robots?

How do sorting robots determine the route and drop-off location?
In Train Sorter and Train Sorter Heavy systems, robots use magnetic markers embedded in the sorting table surface for navigation.
Each robot receives instructions from the central control system, which:
● Determines the route to the target drop-off port
● Provides cargo information
● Ensures precise parcel delivery without halting the system
This navigation approach guarantees high sorting accuracy, even during high-volume operations.
How do AGV robots navigate the warehouse?
AGV robots (Robin and SBR-500-SM) use different navigation systems depending on task requirements, route complexity, and operating conditions:
● Camera-based navigation — detects ceiling-mounted markers and visual tags
● Magnetic tape navigation — installed on or embedded into the floor, ideal for fixed and repetitive logistics tasks
Both navigation types can be used with all AGV models produced by SBRobotics.
Is specialized training required to operate the robots?
SBRobotics equipment is designed to be intuitive and easy to use in daily operations.

Training is included in the system delivery and does not require prior robotics experience.
