On October 17-19, 2023, the 20th International Specialized Exhibition KOMUNTEKH-2023 was held at the International Exhibition Center of the city of Kyiv, address: 15 Brovarskii Prospect. One of the key participants of the event was the SBRobotics company, which presented its advanced robotic equipment at two impressive stands in the Post&Delivery Expo UA specialized exhibition.
At stand D06, visitors to the exhibition were able to see two innovative systems in action: RSS Train Sorter and SBR-500-SM.
The first of them – RSS Train Sorter – is a sorting and assembly system that effectively reflected the cargo sorting process. Cargoes of various sizes and colors were successfully sorted using the three corresponding colors of the ports representing the unloading locations (the colors were used only to visualize the processes, the sorting was done using barcodes).
The second system, the SBR-500-SM, was a versatile self-contained platform that, moving on a magnetic belt around the RSS Train Sorter, efficiently delivered the sorted cargo to the starting point for further sorting.
The operator, present at the location, demonstrated the active interaction between the robot and the person, emphasizing the high level of safety of the system.
At stand D07 SBRobotics presented robotic loading and lifting equipment in the form of Robin – a robotic stacker and miniRobin – a robotic dresser.
Robin impressed the visitors of the exhibition with its ability to completely autonomously move and fill racks with cargo on pallets.
miniRobin, in turn, demonstrated fully autonomous movement of cargo from one point to another.
These two innovative systems emphasized the technological excellence of SBRobotics in the field of automation and robotics of logistics processes.
SBRobotics specialists were happy to share information about the possibilities of modifying their robotic equipment to adapt to the existing processes of each individual client and its use options. Thus, they emphasized their expertise in the field of robotics.
